I feel the exam I got here was very thorough. The staff listened to my concerns and were very helpful throughout the whole appointment. I didn't have a wait time at all. The staff had a collection of frames waiting for me to try on as soon as I got done with the exam and were able to help me pick out the right ones. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and efficient! I highly recommend them.

Today was my first visit to Hartland Eye Care. The staff was extremely friendly and made my experience fun! Dawn was in training and they introduced her as a Vanna White❤️ She was great and I’m happy I chose this Optometrist office!! Thank you so much 😊

I recently went to Hartland Eye Care to pick up my husband's contacts. The lady at the front desk was busy with another client, but I was immediately greeted by the gentleman working in the eyeglass section. He left his area to make sure I was taken care of right away and I didn't have to wait. As he was taking care of me, three other employees came through the area and each one, including the front desk lady, acknowledged me with a smile and eye contact. I felt welcomed and valued. I'm really picky about customer service, and I was really impressed. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

Great service! Very friendly and looking out for your best interest. I went in last week planning on purchasing new lenses for both my reading glasses and sunglasses. The salesman informed me there is a one year scratch warranty for free lens replacement. I insisted that I paid for at least one of the pairs because I didn’t want to take advantage of the warranty. I’m sure everyone could claim scratches on their glasses and get a new pair butI don’t like to take advantage of anything. He would not let me pay. I will be a lifelong customer
